StudyTrack Privacy Policy

Information we process

We process account details (email, optional display name and account ID), study-planning data (goals, availability, resources, plans, tasks, study sessions, practice-test results and mistake records), subscription access information, and limited diagnostic and performance data.

Why we use it

We use this information to provide and secure StudyTrack, manage accounts, provide Premium access, and improve reliability. StudyTrack does not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

Service providers

Supabase provides authentication and data storage. Google Play processes subscriptions and billing. Sentry processes limited crash, diagnostic and performance information on our behalf. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services.

Retention and deletion

We retain active-account data while it is needed to provide StudyTrack. When an authenticated account-deletion request is completed, StudyTrack permanently deletes the account and the associated study data listed above. Google Play may separately retain payment and subscription records under Google's own policies.
